NYC Buildings Issues Clarification to TPPN 5 of 1998

In late July 2021, the New York City Department of Buildings issued a bulletin to clarify the applicability and limitations of Technical Policy and Procedure Notice (TPPN) 5 of 1998 regarding siting of wireless facilities on buildings and structures.
