Project Manager

Scope: The Project Manager is responsible for managing cross-functional teams to deliver multi-scope projects that meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This includes, but is not limited to, driving the activities of the project by; resourcing the project (with internal or external resources), ensuring milestones are met, overcoming obstacles, and overall financial accountability of the profit and loss of their projects.

Reports to: Director of Site Development

Classification: Exempt

Hours: Mon-Fri (may vary based on project needs)

Supervisory Responsibility: no

Essential Job Functions:

  • Define project scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, forecasts (including financial) and deliverables in collaboration with customers and inRange management
  • Direct and manage overall project development by developing full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
  • Self-perform activities assigned to project role
  • Use advanced features (reporting and dashboards) of project management tool to manage multiple, multi-scope projects
  • Communicate responsively with customers regarding project status and follow-up status via email, and meetings (virtually and in-person)
  • Enter and track all project related data in a cloud-based platform according to company standards
  • Utilize reporting tools to meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Track financial accountability for the financial profit and loss of project
  • Perform risk analysis for projects
  • Manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans
  • Ensure project milestones are by managing resources appropriately
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
  • Generate customized reports using advanced Excel functionality (pivot tables or VLOOKUP)
  • Provide project specific information to new team members and new hires

Other Duties:

  • Maintain continuous awareness and knowledge of the project status
  • Attend internal and external status meetings, as needed

  • Valid driver’s license required

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Experience in wireless, telecommunications, construction, public utility, or related industry (Preferred)
  • Project management experience (Preferred)
  • Experience with financial accountability
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Salesforce background/experience (Preferred)
